Current Site Audit on Notable
We've gone through some key pieces of the site as it exists today, with an eye toward interactions we'll want to build off of, good design elements or structure, as well as areas that could be improved during this project. You can check out the audit on Notable, our website feedback tool.
The high-level takeaways from the audit were:
- Over abundance of navigation - We want to make sure the new site leads users organically rather than relying on navigation as a crutch.
- Few ways to take action - Within the current site there are very few ways to support the program, very few ways to get involved, and very few ways to actually engage their services.
- A lot of unnecessary divisions - A number of pages have similar content and are split up but don't really need to be. We'll work to consolidate related pages.
