Plan of Attack
Week One:
- Follow-up with organizations that made commitments
- Schedule pick-up and deliveries for marketing/collateral materials
- Follow-up with prospective participants
- Get them to visit the website and make a commitment
Week Two and Three:
- Deliver marketing/collateral materials to participating organizations
- Release second email blast- May 15, 2006
Week Four:
- Release third email blast reminder- June 7, 2006
- Thursday, June 8, 2006- Skip Lunch!
Week Five:
- Release "Thank You" email blast- Tuesday, June 13, 2006
- Process donations
- Mail acknowledgment letters
