Joined Skyline as the first employee. Reported to the founders and was responsible for creation, marketing and sales of toy invention ideas. Responsible for helping move Skyline from a startup company to an industry leader. After acquisition by IDEO, helped integrate Skyline into IDEO to establish strategic synergy. Facilitated communication and working relationships with more than 100 toy companies. While on board helped to create and license over 40 toy concepts to companies like Mattel (Barbie, Fisher Price, and Tyco), Hasbro, and Playmates.

Developed a forty-year timeline which correlated teen fashion and music. The project was used as marketing tool, and served to stimulate.
