Here is what we do as a team: Brainstorm- We come up with ideas, document them, and push them further. We share, exchange and look for reasons to put new ideas out in the open. Investigate and Analyze- We never blindly accept status quo. Investigation of ideas is a powerful tool and opens up new doors. We look at a different industry and reapply. Learn and Educate- When in doubt we read, research and learn about ideas, then share. We provide details and articulate ideas through learning first hand. Imagine- We create experiences that enable forward thinking by not setting limits. Let your mind wander and focus later. Prototype- Give it a whirl. Fast turnover and testing of ideas pushes things farther. We put together some ideas and test them. Explore and Experience- We are always willing to try something new- pick up a book, go on a road trip, give a lecture. We never know when one experience will carry over to another.
